Lombok Land cruise Tour

This program will be started at 08:00 AM after breakfast from your hotel in Lombok. We will drive around 20 minutes to reach Gunung Sari village to visit traditional market. You can observe how the local people do their selling and buying activity here. You can also buy some fruits to give to friendly monkeys in Baun Pusuk forest. The Baun Pusuk can be reached from Gunung Sari in a few minutes. You can see many friendly monkeys here. They will be happy if the visitors bring some food or fruits for them. Don’t worry, they are not aggressive like the monkeys in Sangeh Bali. From this area we can also enjoy beautiful views of three Gilis (Gili Air, Gili Meno and Gili Trawangan).

The next program is visiting the Sendang Gila waterfall in Senaru. We will drive for about one and half hours from Baun Pusuk to Senaru. On the way to Senaru, we will stop in a village to visit Lombok traditional house (Sasak house). You will find original Lombok villagers here. Most of them can’t speak Bahasa Indonesia, they speak only with their mother language (Sasak Language). The children will be happy if you bring some candies or snacks. After that we will arrive at Senaru village where the Sendang Gila located. The local guide will accompany you to see the Sendang Gili waterfall. After take some pictures and enjoy the view of Sendang Gila waterfall we will back to the gate. The next program is lunch. It will be done in local restaurant in Senaru. While you are enjoying the food and cold drink you can see beautiful rice terrace of Senaru.

The ancient culture heritage of the first Islamic immigrants still has a close relationship with the Bayan and Senaru inhabitants. If we have enough time we can also visit Sembalun village as the second trekking route to Mount Rinjani and Labuan Lombok where the traditional Phinisi Ship and typical house of the Bugis tribe exist. On the way back we will visit Tete Batu which is +700 m high above sea level. It has clove, coffees and vanilla plantations, and also rice paddy terrace.
