Malimbu

Malimbu hill is a plateau which is a continuation of the Senggigi Beach area, located in West Lombok regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Malimbu hill is divided into two parts, namely Malimbu1 and Malimbu 2, which the most visited is Malimbu Hill 2 because here you can see a very beautiful sight. Here you can enjoy the white sand hills that lie ahead, from the top of the hill, you will be refreshed by the sight of the open nature which was very fascinating. Beautiful sunset will be an unforgettable sight. Additionally, you can enjoy the view of Mount Agung in Bali and a row of earthen dike (Gili islands) in the northern part of Lombok island.

How to get there

To achieve Malimbu Hill, it will takes about 30 minutes drive from the city of Mataram by private vehicle or hire, because there is no direct public transport to the location. You can walk along the highway along Senggigi until you find there are a lot of vehicles and hawkers clothing and pearl  in the roadside, because Malimbu hill located right on the edge of the road. After parking your vehicle, you can walk and stand on the hill and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the beach.
